PAGE \* MERGEFORMATII 毕 业 设 计 题目： 密码器外壳注塑模设计 学 生： 刘文武 学 号： 20110310206 院 （系）： 职业教育师范学院 专 业： 材料成型及控制工程 指导教师： 张昌松 2015年5月28日PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIV PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIII 摘 要 注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本设计是微型密码器外壳塑料模具的设计，对零件结构进行了工艺分析，采用ABS作为塑件的材料。采用双分型面，根据模具的型腔数目以及最大注塑量、注射压力、锁模力、模具的安装尺寸等因素选择了注射机，选择成型零部件的尺寸；采用两板式模具小型模具，潜伏式浇口；利用直导柱导向，斜顶顶出，完成侧抽和顶出、脱模，并对模具的材料进行了选择，如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运行可靠。对模具结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核。最后用UG绘制出模具三维图形及AutoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。 关键词：密码器，注塑模，模具设计，两板式  Abstract Injection molding is one of the main method of thermoplastic plastic molding, can be a complicated shape of precision plastic forming parts.
