管理会计师及其职业道德探讨 摘 要 首先，本文对管理会计师及其职业道德的现状进行了研究和介绍，我国独立的管理会计师还不存在，而且管理层的重视程度以及管理会计的应用也不够，法制和监督体系不完善导致会计行业整体素质不高；之后，分析了西方的管理会计师及其职业道德建设，并且将西方的管理会计师及其职业道德与中国管理会计师及其职业道德相互比较，得出我国需要提高融合管理会计师的权威的启示；最后，着重探讨了如何去建设我国的管理会计师及其职业道德，健全培训机制，企业管理体制，法律和监督体系，加强企业领导层管理应用意识和会计人员自身素质提高的意识，促进管理会计师职业化发展及其职业道德更好的发展。 ? ? 关键词：管理会计师 职业道德 Discussion on management accounting and occupation moral Abstract Firstly, this paper has conducted the research and the present situation of the management accountant and occupation moral, our country independent management accountants do not exist, and the attention of management
