独立学院发展战略问题的研究——以K学院为例.pdf

摘 要  摘 要 独立学院作为我国高等教育发展过程中的新型办学模式,通过市场经济实现 了社会资金和高等教育资源的整合,为满足人民群众的高等教育需求做出了贡 献。在十多年的发展过程中，独立学院的办学也暴露出一些问题，在新形势下 如何转型和发展，成为实际办学过程中的关键问题。 本文对独立学院的办学环境进行了详细分析。对办学定位和人才培养进行 了阐述，通过以 K 学院为研究对象，分析该学院未来的发展目标和发展方向， 对培养层次和水平做出定位，提出针对 K 学院发展战略的对策和建议和展望。 指出独立学院要适应高等教育发展趋势加快办学方式转型，遵循市场经济规律 构建创新发展的平台机制，利用好国家政策优化办学条件。 关键词：独立学院；办学定位；人才培养；发展对策   I ABSTRACT  ABSTRACT Independent college as a new school-running mode in the process of development of higher education in our country, through the implementation of market economy the social capital and the higher education resource integration, to meet peoples demand for higher education has made a contribution. During ten years of development, the school also exposed some problems of the independent college, how to transform and develop under the new situation, become the key problems in the process of actual running. In this paper, the running environment of the independent college are analyzed in detail. Explains the school-running orientation and the talent training, by K college as the research object, analyses the colleges future development goals and direction, to develop level and level positioning, put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for K college development strategy and outlook. Points out that the independent colleges should adapt to the development of higher education trends to speed up the teaching way transformation, follow the rules of market economy to build platform mechanism of innovation and development, make good use of national policy optimization of operating conditions.
