This paper first introduces the general situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. And then, analyzes the present situation of our country small and medium-sized enterprise financial management and the existing major problems; Finally, in view of the above problem, claims from two aspects of macroeconomic environment and the enterprise itself measures, put forward the optimization Suggestions and countermeasures of small and medium-sized enterprise financial management. The purpose of this paper is to inspire our country small and medium-sized enterprise managers, including small and medium-sized enterprise external policy makers and small and medium-sized enterprise operators and managers, can effectively combined with the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, efforts to improve small and medium-sized enterprise financial management present situation, so that the small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) on the path of sustainable development.
