摘要:建设创新型国家，呼唤大批创新型企业不断涌现，这是时代发展提出的新的课题，也是增强国家自主创新能力的必然要求。文章从创新的含义入手，进一步阐述了企业自主创新的内涵以及税收激励的理论依据，分析了目前我国企业自主创新能力的现状。然后在归纳我国现阶段鼓励企业自主创新税收政策的同时，结合国外的一些有效的税收政策，进一步分析我国促进企业自主创新税收政策存在的缺陷和不足。最后有针对性地从我国鼓励企业自主创新的总体战略设计出发，对完善促进企业自主创新的税收激励政策提出有效地建议。 关键词:税收政策 自主创新 技术创新 Abstract: Building an innovation-oriented country, calls for a large number of innovative companies continue to emerge, this is a new era of development issues, but also the strengthening of national capacity for independent innovation inevitable requirement.
