低速货车总体设计 摘要 近几年随着国家实施城镇化战略以及新农村建设的深入开展，国家通过加大农村投入，大力推进农村道路等基础设施建设，加快了农村经济的发展，不断提高农民的收入。由此使得低速货车在农村的巨大市场空间逐渐呈现。 设计在结合自己所学知识的基础上，以北京轻型系列载货汽车为蓝本，收集查阅了大量相关资料和文献，力求开发出一种价廉、实用、耐用、安全、节能、环保的低速货车。 本设计为低速货车的总体设计。力求使汽车各总成性能充分发挥，尽量降低成本，达到企业在商品计划中所确定的指标；遵守和贯彻有关法规、法律、标准中的规定，注意不要侵犯他人专利权；尽可能去贯彻三化，即标准化、通用化和系列化；还要满足运动学方面的要求。 首先要研究任务书、调查研究和确定设计原则。此阶段要收集国内外相关资料并进行消化，了解我国汽车的生产和技术状况，产品品种系列和性能，国外同类型汽车结构型式和参数，形成一个完整的整车概念；接着进行技术设计。主要是选择整车和各总成的布置和位置、外形尺寸各部件之间的连接方式和安装方式、各操纵机构的位置及其活动范围、重心位置、计算汽车空载和满载时的轴荷和重心高度、确定汽车外形尺寸和汽车总布置的各项参数。然后进行汽车总装配图的绘制，主要目的是进行“图纸装配”检查各部件间的连接尺寸，安装空间和方便性、检查各操纵机构的位置和活动范围、检查视野、检查有无运动干涉。 关键词： 低速货车， 总体设计 ， 技术参数， 性能计算， 强度计算 LOW SPEED FREIGHT VEHICLE OVERALL In recent years along our country pay more attenting on urbannization stategy as well as rural reconstuction’s thorough development .The country put more and more money into the countryside ,accelerat country’s economy and so on farms’ incom unceasingly .From this causes the low speed freight vehicle to present gradually in the countryside giant market space. The design in unifies itself to study the knowledge in the foundation ,take Beijing light series truck as the main source , the collection has consultted the massive correlation date and the literature ,made every effort to develop one kind moderately-price, practical ,durable ,the security ,the energy conservation,the enviromental protection low speed freight vehicle. My work is Vehicle layout design.Layout designing must make each assembly performance of the vehicle give full play as far as possible reduce the cost ,and reach enterprise indices setted in themer chandise planner; Observing and following out legal regulation ,law and the provision in the standard ,regarding don’t impinge other’s patent right ;As far as possible following out ,that is to say standardization, unification and fulfiling require in the kinematics quarter. Before of the vehicle layout you should research prospecctus ,investigation and establish design philosophy .
