摘 要 随着机械工艺技术的不断创新，机械装备更是日新月异，各类运输机械和轧机上的滑动导轨装置逐渐被滚动导轨——导辊所代替。导辊的工作条件十分恶劣，易受到输送物件的强冲击；工作时与接触物件产生的摩擦磨损与疲劳磨损；以及冷热刺激等，这些都会使导辊的表面发生锈蚀现象。长时间的锈蚀会影响导辊的表面强度，如不及时清理，会影响设备的正常工作。导辊除锈机可以对导辊表面的锈迹进行及时彻底的清理，从而保证输送机械工作的正常进行。 除锈机的种类很多，其中使用范围最广的是抛丸机和酸洗机。前者机身大，结构复杂适用于大件型材。后者使用经济方便，但除锈剂为酸基物质，难以清除油脂和污垢，废液处理难，除锈效果差。 本设计的主要内容是设计一台结构合理，功能完整且精度满足要求的导辊除锈机。该除锈机可以对不同长度和直径的导辊完成表面除锈。除锈机床主要部件如床身，主轴箱等参照外圆磨床，主要除锈原理是使用电机带动钢丝刷对导辊表面进行打磨，来去除松动或翘起的氧化皮、铁锈、焊渣等。 关键词：导辊；除锈机床 Abstract With the machinery and technology innovation, mechanical equipment is change rapidly, all types of transport machinery and mill on a slide rail device has been replaced by the rolling guide -- Guide roller.
