粗镗活塞销孔专用机床及夹具的机械CAD图纸设计.doc

摘 要  本次设计题目为粗镗活塞销孔专用机床及夹具设计。本文主要介绍零件所用 夹具以及加工零件所用专用机床的设计过程并提供具体的设计参数。本文主要分 为三部分，第一部分为绪论部分，主要对夹具以及专用机床进行简要的介绍；第 二部分为概述部分，本部分主要是对设计对象即零件进行具体分析；第三部分为 具体设计部分，本部分为本文的重点，本部分主要展示各个参数的计算过程以及 部分结构的设计原理，具体为机床动力选择，机床刀具及相关参数计算，夹具设 计计算，机床液压滑台设计计算，组合机床联系尺寸的确定等。本文只对组合机 床的联系尺寸进行计算设计，对于具体结构不进行设计。  关键词：活塞，夹具，组合机床  I 重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT  ABSTRACT  The design pr oject for the rough piston pin hole boring machine tools and fixture design.
