2BSS-3型深松间歇施水坐水播种机传动系统的设计 【摘要】为满足干旱半干旱地区粘壤土未耕茬地或少耕免耕穴灌坐水播种的要求，设计了2BS-3型深松间歇施水坐水播种机，介绍了这种播种机的组成、工作原理和关键部件的设计，并对田间试验进行了研究分析，结果表明：每次施水的平均灌水量为197g/次时，水沿沟流动量少，相邻水湿润区不相接，平均灌水量为404g/次时，相邻水湿润区有相接现象，但种子下部水入渗深度明显较大；种子离水湿润中心距平均为17mm，合格率94.7％；穴粒数平均1.78粒，合格指数97.1％；粒距平均314mm，变异率小于4.1％，合格率93.1％，重播指数小于1.71％，漏播指数小于2.14％；播种深度满足设计要求；种水同穴率99.7％。各项指标均满足农艺和设计要求。 关键词：茬地 开沟 穴灌（间歇施水） 坐水播种 试验 引言 在中国北方干旱半干旱地区，机械化坐水播种作为一种行之有效的抗旱节水新技术，日益受到关注，并在许多地区得到推广应用，特别是穴播穴灌坐水播种机，可实现间歇施水，不但省水，而且减少了运水补水次数和机组对土壤的压实，优势明显[1~2]。但目前该类机型主要用于翻耕较好的已耕地和砂土地，对于未耕茬地或少耕免耕粘壤土地来说，种床上打穴困难，种穴周围土壤压实严重，若且这类机型结构较复杂。为此，我们提出了开沟—-间歇施水播种的坐水播种工艺，并设计了一种结构简单紧凑的 型开沟间歇施水坐水播种机，经初步试验，各项性能指标基本满足设计和农艺要求 英文翻译: Field performance test and design principle of 2BS-3 type ditching intermission water-application seeder Xueshaoping Yangyougang Liuyingchun Dangxiaoxuan Yangwei Chengteng (1.Machinery and Electricity engineering college,northwest science and technology university of agriculture and forestry, yangling shanxi 712100. 2. china agriculture university ,Beijing 100083 ) Abstract: For achieving the request of soil that arid and semi-arid region or stuble no-tillage, designing the 2BS-3 type ditching intermission water-application seeder.
