摘要 软胶囊是指把一定量的原料、原料提取物加上适宜的辅料密封于球形、椭圆形或其他形状的软质囊中制成的剂型。软胶囊的特点有可塑性强、弹性大，装量均匀准确、精确性高，整洁美观、容易吞服、可掩盖药物的不适恶臭气味等。 对于软胶囊的制造可以追溯到十九世纪末，由于科学与技术的限制，软胶囊的生产效率与成品率当然无法与现代相比，然而这种相对落后的生产方式为今后软胶囊技术的发展奠定了基础。现代软胶囊的制法有两种：滴制法和压制法。我国软胶囊制备的发源地在上海，《中国药志》记载是上海东海制药厂和上海延安制药厂，时间应该在上世纪40年代。随着科学技术不断发展，软胶囊机越来越先进，软胶囊制备技术也越来越完善。 在这次设计中，我提出了两个方案，一是采用单电动机机械传动，圆柱模具式软胶囊剂。二是采用完全独立伺服电动机驱动。通过比较，方案一同步性高，便于控制。可实现简单有效的机构运动匹配并可以较快速连续工作并保证较好的成品率，选取方案一进行设计，之后对于减速箱进行了深入分析研究并进行设计。 关键词：软胶囊；胶囊；软胶囊机；模具  Abstract Soft capsule is to a certain amount of raw material, raw material extract with the appropriate accessories sealed in the spherical, oval or other shapes made of soft capsule formulations.
