橡胶切割机的主要零件的机械CAD图纸设计及加工工艺制定.doc

摘要 设计课题为“橡胶切割机的主要零件的设计和加工工艺的制定”，此专用机床要求能对橡胶输送带接头进行快速加工，并保证加工面的精度。机床整机结构设计，是对机床总体布局及机床零部件进行设计计算。应对工件进行必要分析，结合实际情况，合理的设计工件的尺寸，选择机械加工方法，设计机床进给、制定加工工艺，根据零件特性设计专用夹具，提出工件专用夹紧装置和送料机构的可能性结构并进行分析。 关键词：专用机床；工艺制定；定位元件；夹紧装置；机床设计 Abstract The design task for this paper is “Rubber cutting machine mainly zero design and processing technology products ”. This special machine tool is required to processing the conveyer-belt-joint rapidly and ensure the precision of processing surface. The design for the whole structure, is a process of framing and calculating the general layout and parts of this mach
