摘 要 本文阐述了粉碎理论，介绍了颚式破碎机的发展过程以及国内外的创新发明，全面的说明本次颚式破碎机的设计过程。在得到题目后，我查阅了大量的资料和文献，作了大量的调研工作，选取了合适的电动机，设计了V带轮、偏心轴 、动颚、固定颚、衬板等各种零件，还根据技术指标计算、校核主轴的转速、电机功率，设计合理的传动系统。 最后还稍微简单介绍了颚式破碎机的一些使用和维修方面的知识. 关键词： 颚式破碎机 偏心轴 动颚 固定颚 衬板 传动系统 V带轮 ABSTRACT The paper expounded smash theory, introduced jaw-breakers and the innovation and development process, a comprehensive description of this jaw-Breakers design process.
