摘 要 这次毕业设计内容涵盖了机械加工工艺和机床专用夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差尺寸与机械测量等各个方面的内容。 支撑壳体加工工艺及其钻4-7孔的夹具设计是包括零件加工的工艺设计、加工工序设计及专用夹具设计这三部分。机械加工工艺设计是在机械制造技术等专业课程所学的理论知识上，发挥专业知识解决实际生产问题的一次实践训练。机械制造技术定义：机械的生产过程中，改变生产对象的形状，尺寸，相对位置和性质等使其称为半成品或者成品的工艺过程。以工艺文件的形式确定下来的工艺过程叫做工艺规程。将铸件，锻件毛坯或者钢材经过机械加工的方法，改变它们的形状，尺寸，表面质量，使其称为合格零件的过程，称为机械加工工艺过程。在工艺设计中，要对零件进行了解，了解零件的作用，应用场合，分析它的技术要求，这样可以保证零件的加工质量，还可以提高其生产效率。要研究零件毛培的工艺结构，制定出粗精基准，在设计出对应的加工工艺过程，完成工艺过程卡；然后按照工艺过程卡的要求，测量计算毛培每个工步所需的加工机床设备及其切削用量；然后按照所需加工要求，设计该机床的专用夹具，选择设计出夹具的各个组成部件，如定位元件、夹紧元件、引导元件、夹具体与机床的连接部件以及其它部件；设计的夹具尽量操作方便，加紧稳定，从而改善加工强度来获得更好的经1济效益。 关键词：切削用量；定位；误差  ABSTRCT The graduation design content covers the mechanical processing technology and machine tool fixture design, metal cutting machine tool, the size of the tolerance and mechanical measurements, etc. All aspects of content.
