摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是摩擦式离合器的三维设计，选定的研究对象是CA6140车床上的双向多片离合器，双向多片离合器具有控制主轴正转，主轴反转，主轴停止的功能。本次设计的主要内容：学习关于CA6140的相关知识。CA6140车床是一种机械结构比较复杂而电气系统简单的机电设备，是用来进行车削加工的机床。掌握双向多片离合器的结构以及工作原理。双向多片摩擦离合器装在1轴上，离合器由内摩擦片、外摩擦片、双联齿轮、花键滑套、空套齿轮等组成。当双向多片离合器的滑套左移时，左边的摩擦片压紧，左边离合器接通，1轴的运动通过离合器的左端传给双联齿轮，使主轴正转。当双向多片离合器的滑套右移时，右边的摩擦片压紧，右边离合器接通，1轴的运动通过离合器的右端传给空套齿轮，使主轴反转。当双向多片离合器的滑套位于中间位置时，左、右离合器都脱开，主轴停止转动。掌握了离合器的原理后，进行测绘双向多片离合器的尺寸。根据测绘尺寸，制作三维模型的零件模型以及装配。得到三维装配体后进行动画制作。 关键词：离合器；机床；三维动画 Three dimensional design of friction clutch Abstract The graduation design topic is three dimensional design friction clutch.The research object is selected the two-way more pieces of friction clutch of CA6140 lathe,two-way more pieces of friction clutch can control spindle turning , spindle reversal , spindle design of the main content:Learning knowledge about CA6140.CA6140 lathe is equipment that mechanical structure is complex and electrical system is simple.CA6140 is used for machining. Master the structure and working principle of two-way more pieces of friction clutch .Two-way more pieces of friction clutch packed on 1 spindle, clutch consists of internal friction slices , outside friction slices ,double-gear block, slide set of spline, empty sets of gear . When two-way more pieces of friction clutch of slide moves left , the left of the friction slices pressure, the left the clutch is connected , 1 spindle motion through the clutch on left end passed double-gear block ,spindle are turning. When two-way more pieces of friction clutch slide right side, the right of the friction slices pressure, the right the clutch is connected, 1 spindle movement through the clutch right-side to empty sets of gear, spindle reversal. When two-way more pieces of friction clutch slide in middle position, Left, right clutch both did not work, spindle stop turning .After master the principle of the clutch, measure dimensions of two-way more pieces of friction clutch. According to the dimensions, Making parts model and assembly.
