摘要 商品封装是工业的一个组成部分，只有工业上出厂的商品封装规格标准化，才有利于装卸、运输、仓储的机械化及自动化。运用高效率的封装设备可提升自动化与作业效率。但是国内在这方面的技术还不够先进和完善。本次设计也是出于对当今工业发展的需求和对国内外现状的分析而设计出的一个新型的机器。 该论文题目是瓶装品自动选盖封装机械设计。其中封装机构是该设计的重要部分，直接影响了生产的效率，有很大的作用。 本次设计的内容是瓶装品选盖机构和封装机构的设计，主要分为以下几个部分：第一部分，旋盖机构的详细设计，画出详细的装备图；第二部分，选盖机构主要部件的结构设计，主要部件是盖的定向机构；第三部分，传动系统的设计。主要运用传动系统方面的知识，通过一定的传动链，把力传到主轴上去。另一部分是设计说明书，写设计说明书是除了以上三部分，还要考虑到传动比的计算，选用轴承、齿轮计算，还要考虑到工作中的载荷问题，润滑方式的选择以及皮带的选择。 关键词：封装 定向 传动 Abstract Packaging of goods is an integral part of the industry, only industrial goods packaging factory on standardized specifications, can help loading and unloading, transportation, warehousing of mechanization and automation.
