汽车自动变速器三行星排传动系统机械CAD图纸设计.doc

摘要 随着科学技术的进步，汽车工业得到了迅速发展，而人类对舒适性的更高追求，使得自动变速器的发展更加深入。本文通过对三行星排行星齿轮传动变速器的研究和阐述，计算了每个行星排传动比的表达式。通过此次设计，我们可以了解到该变速器的基本结构：即换挡执行元件（2个离合器和3个制动器）与行星排以适当方式连接组成，得到5个前进档和1个倒档。采用该机构的汽车自动变速器，结构简单紧凑、档位数多、传动效率高、换档平稳、操纵性能好。 关键词：机械工程、变速器、行星齿轮传动、行星排  ABSTRACT With the development of science and technology , automobile industry enjoys a rapid growth and people are pursuing a much more comfortable vehicle , which stimulates the development of automatic transmission . A three-planet-row epicycle gear transmission was studied and set forth ,and this paper also conducted the transmission ratio formulas for every planet .Through this design , we could learn the basic structure of this system consists of three rows of planetary gears and five gear shifting actuators which include two cluches and three brakes . By connecting them in proper way , the transmission of five forward speed and one backward speed can be obtained . The vehicle auto transmission adpoting this derailleur is simple and concise in structure , multiple in grade of speed governing ,high in transmission efficiency ,smooth in gear shifting , and good in controlability.
