摘要 随着传感器技术的成熟与发展，传统的称量方法很难满足连续生产中高可靠性的要求。新检斤系统主要利用计算机与数据库技术，选用Visual Basic6.0及SQL Server2000作为开发软件，实现了生产系统与检斤磅房系统的数据共享，数据关联，检斤计划多系统下达的功能，增强了数据的准确性与可靠性，便于企业的管理与规划，同时克服了传统检斤中人工操作量大，出现错误概率大，工作程序复杂的缺点，节省了人力，物力，财力及时间。 新检斤系统在网络与数据库的支持下，通过各个部门之间的配合，使得货物的检斤过程更加规范，准确。此外，新检斤系统采用多用户级别操作权限设计，根据不同的工作需要，管理人员对其开放不同的使用权限，在检斤过程中产生实时报表，便于查询和修改，利于企业的规范化管理。本文主要论述了系统数据收发流程，阐述了系统软硬件系统的要求及新检斤系统的操作方法，详细介绍了检斤系统的优点及开发内容。随后对新系统上线后数据库的维护与后期出现的问题进行叙述与总结。 关键字：检斤 功能 规范 设计 维护 Abstract As the sensor technology are mature and development, the traditional weighing method is hard to meet the high reliability of the continuous production requirements. The new inspection system by computer and database technology, choose Visual Basic6.0 and SQL Server2000 as the development software, realize the production system and weighting house system of data sharing, data association, inspection weighting plan to give the function of the system, and enhance the accuracy and reliability of the data, facilitate the enterprise management and planning, at the same time, overcome traditional inspection weighting manual operation in large volume, the error probability big, work program complex faults, save manpower and material resources, financial and time. The new inspection weighting system in network and the support of the database, through the coordination of different departments, and make the process more goods inspection struck scale standard and accurate.
