摘 要 改革开放以来，我国肉牛产业成为畜牧业经济中重要的产业，经历了从起步到快 速发展壮大的过程，近年来牛肉价格大幅提升，牛肉产量不断提高，反映出我国牛肉 消费市场强劲的需求，内蒙古的畜牧业在全国畜牧业中占重要地位，加快内蒙古肉牛 产业的发展，对内蒙古畜牧业经济的发展及内蒙古农牧民收入提高具有重要意义。 本文首先对我国肉牛产业发展的重要环节做了现状分析，认为我国肉牛产业整体 上发展迅速，肉牛养殖规模不断扩大，屠宰加工企业已获初步发展，牛肉消费快速增 长。再对内蒙古肉牛产业关键环节全面研究，通过分析内蒙古肉牛产业发展现状，包 括内蒙古发展肉牛产业的优势，肉牛育种情况，主要养殖区域分布等方面，得出内蒙 古肉牛业主要集中于东部为肉牛优势区，内蒙古肉牛产业规模不断扩大，肉牛产量不 断提高，运用模型分析法对影响内蒙古肉牛产量的因素进行分析，再对内蒙古屠宰加 工企业进行分析，然后从内蒙古牛肉消费途径和消费特点分析内蒙古牛肉消费情况， 总结出内蒙古肉牛产业所面临的主要问题，如优质种牛缺乏，养殖规模化程度低，屠 宰加工企业规模化程度低，企业与农牧民之间利益机制不健全，缺乏肉牛产业发展资 金等问题，最后针对存在的问题提出促进内蒙古肉牛产业健康发展的对策。 关键字：肉牛产业；肉牛养殖；屠宰加工；牛肉消费 The research of beef-cattle industry development in Inner Mongolia Abstract Since the Reforming and Opening, beef-cattle industry become an important industry of animal husbandry economy in our country ,it has experienced rapid development process from starting to strengthen,the price of beef-cattle soared in recent years,and the production of beef increasingly adds , it reflects the strong demand to beef in Chinese consumption market , the animal husbandry of Inner Mongolia played an important roles in the national animal husbandry. speeding up the development of beef-cattle industry in Inner Mongolia makes an important significance of animal husbandry economy development and the increaseing incomes of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia. Firstly, this paper analysises the situation of the important part of the beef-cattle industry development at present, considing our country beef-cattle industry overall development is rapid, the scale of beef-cattle breeding expands unceasingly, slaughtering and processing enterprises have got preliminary development, beef consumption is growing rapidly.
