The research on the reform of administrative examination and approval in Yantai City Abstract The key of administrative approval in local government is to strengthen social management and improve public service; creating the local administrative approval system scientifically and reasonably, establishing and improving the local administrative approval mode to prevent or overcome local administrative approval power from inefficient abuse. This paper pay more attention to the administrative approval in the city of Yantai.Firstly, the paper gives us a detailed description about the background, purpose and significance towards the implementation of the reform of the administrative approval in Yantai. Moreover, the paper also evaluates the related literatures.And then, it investigates and analyzes the present situation of the administrative approval in Yantai city.On the basis of that, the writer finds several problems in the process of reform in Yantai. Such as the reform is without relevant supporting;the authority for using the administrative approval blunt and so on. Reform of administrative examination and approval for yantai, through scientific defining the standard and scope of administrative examination and approval and promote the development of intermediary organizations and makes the functions of the government to return to the provision of public goods and public services for the society.
