单纯包皮过长与包茎对成年男性阴茎发育影响的比较研究 单纯包皮过长与包茎对成年男性阴茎发育影响的比 较研究 摘要 目的：为了比较单纯包皮过长与包茎对成年男性阴茎发育的影响程度，并讨论确 定合理的接受包皮环切术的时机。 方法：将从 2012 年 5 月 1 日至 2013 年 6 月 31 日于上海市长宁区中心医院收治 的 264 名包皮过长或包茎的成年男性患者（所有患者皆无其他阴茎及内分泌相关 疾患）分为单纯性包皮过长组与包茎（包皮过长合并包皮外口狭窄）组，测量静 息状态下的阴茎冠状沟处阴茎直径，按统计学方法对比分析两组数据，并与正常 中国成年男性的阴茎直径数据做比较分析。 结果：我们的研究数据表明，包茎患者阴茎直径均小于单纯包皮过长患者（P＜ 0.01），也小于正常成年男性的直径（P＜0.01）。在单纯包皮过长患者和正常中国 成年男性阴茎直径之间无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。 结论：包皮过长和包茎都妨碍阴茎发育，而包茎对成年男性阴茎的发育影响更大。 包茎患者及早行包皮环切术可以减少对病人的阴茎发育造成的阻碍并促进的阴 茎直径的发育生长，并可能从一定程度上改善性功能。 关键词：包皮过长；包茎；阴茎；阴茎发育；包皮环切术 作者：赵雪 指导教师：撒应龙 3 单纯包皮过长与包茎对成年男性阴茎发育影响的比较研究 Comparison of the Effects on Adult Male Penis Development Between Redundant Prepuce and Phimosis Abstract Objectives: To compare the effects on adult male penis development between redundant prepuce and phimosis and to determine the most suitable time for circumcision, when indicated. Methods: Data (penile coronal diameter) was collected from 264 adult inpatients with either redundant prepuce or phimosis inpatients, who were surgically circumcised between May 1, 2012 and June 31, 2013. All patients had no other penile or endocrine diseases. Patients were divided into 2 groups―the redundant prepuce group and the phimosis group. Statistical analyses were performed to compare the 2 groups with each other and with data from normal Chinese men (who lived in Shanghai and Nanjing). Results: Our study data showed that penile diameters of patients with phimosis were smaller than those of patients with simple redundant prepuce (P ＜ 0.01), and also the diameters of normal Chinese men (P ＜ 0.01).
