摘 要 垃圾车在现代生活中起到的作用越来越大，越来越被人们的重视。现代的垃圾车 设计在专用车设计中的占有的地位也越来越高。目前，垃圾车设计普遍存在着价位过 高，与当前垃圾车的实际接受能力存有一定的距离，致使高消费的垃圾专用车的消费 量较小。本设计从市场现实需求角度出发，看重实际，把设计功能较完善合理，充分 满足功能要求作为设计目标。在设计中,积极使用新型材料、降低成本价格,以期生产 出占有市场优势,功能全，价格低，市场需求量较多的实用型摆臂垃圾车。 本设计中的主要工作及过程如下：首先进行了专用车辆的发展现状的简要的概述， 接下来就是方案的分析与选择，其中包括底盘、副车架以及托架的选择设计，总布置 方案的分析和确定。然后进入了专用装置的设计，有液压系统的设计、取力器的选用 以及摆臂的设计等，最后是对各种装置的校核和汽车总性能的计算。 关键词：专用汽车；摆臂式垃圾车；液压系统；摆臂  ABSTRACT  Garbage truck the role which plays in the modern life is getting bigger and bigger, more and more by peoples value. The modern garbage truck design the status which holds in the private car design is also getting higher and higher. At present, garbage truck design universal existence changes to the high consumption, has certainly certainly with the current actual garbage truck market demand is uncoordinated, the cause high consumptions trash private cars consumption quantity is small. Regards the reality, from market realistic demand angle embarking, is perfect the design function reasonably, in satisfies the function request in the foundation, uses the new material, to truncate the low price, to hold the market superiority positively to take the design idea and the starting point, produces the function entire, the cost is low, the market demand many practical suspends the arm garbage truck. The main contact of the design as follows: first, it introduces the special-purpose automobiles development; secondly, it introduces the analysis and choose of the project; the project includes the design of the chassis, the assistant frame, the bracket and ensuring the total project. Thirdly, it introduces the design of special equipment, including the design of hydraulic pressure, the choose of the implement and the design of the waving arm of rubbish truck. Finally, it checks all the kinds of equipment and calulates the capability of the special-purpose automobile.
