The development of the Internet finance has a great effect on people’s daily life and work. It also has a tremendous impact on traditional commercial banks. So, it’s very important and necessary to analyze the characteristic , the influence and the challenge to the banks of the Internet finance. This article is based on the existing document literature and the latest information and combined with the status of the Internet finance, introducing the two stages of financial development and the current situation.
