However, due to many elements, including farmers’ poor awareness of e-commerce services, agricultural characteristics of their own industries, weak rural information infrastructure and the influence of the farmers’ low level literacy, the rural E-commerce develops extraordinary slow. Therefore, we need to put forward new design for developing our rural E-commerce.For accelerating the tenor of the rural E-commerce,we should emphasize that use information to channel off production and serve our living.From the system,network,resources to services and other ways of information to drive the application of modern informational technology in agriculture and rural. At the same time, according to the actualities and obstacles in the development of the rural E-commerce in our country, this article put forward how to solve the macro problems and the inside problems that restricting the development of rural E-commerce in our country.
