PAGE  本 科 毕 业 论 文 基于因子分析的生态农业类上市公司财务绩效评价 Ecological Agriculture Company Financial Performance Evaluation Based on Factor Analysis 学 院： 商学院 专业班级： 财务管理 DZ财务114 学生姓名： 李 晓 倩 学 号：2013140222 指导教师： 肖侠（教授） 孟庆亮（副教授）  2015年 5 月 毕业论文中文摘要 基于因子分析的生态农业类上市公司财务绩效评价 摘 要：农业是国民经济的基础，与国民经济的发展息息相关。2014 年中央一号文件再次强调要加强农业的基础地位，而且从十八大报告和三中全会的表述看，业界预计未来“可持续发展”将成为我国农业的重要政策取向，“生态农业”将取代“石油农业”成为未来发展方向。对生态农业上市公司财务绩效的研究，不仅关系到我国资本市场能否有效运行，而且也关系到我国社会主义市场经济能否健康稳定发展，最重要的是对生态农业的研究，能够有效的提高生态农业的发展，促进人与自然和谐发展，对于今后农业健康发展有着极其重要的作用。 本文拟采用因子分析对20家生态农业上市公司的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力和成长能力四个角度的财务指标数据进行财务绩效评价。本文主要包括六部分，第一部分引言介绍研究背景及研究意义；第二部分介绍相关理论及文献综述；第三部分构建评价指标；第四部分实证研究，运用因子分析对生态农业财务绩效评价；第五部分对财务绩效评价结果进行分析；第六部分根据研究结果提出建议。 关键词：生态农业；财务绩效；绩效评价；因子分析 毕业论文外文摘要 Ecological Agriculture Company Financial Performance Evaluation Based on Factor Analysis Abstract: Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy，closely related to the development of the national economy. 2014 Central Document No. again stressed the need to strengthen the foundation of agriculture, but also from the report and the Third Plenary Session of eighteen statements, the industrys next sustainable development will become an important policy orientation of Chinas agriculture, ecological agriculture will replace oil agriculture has become the future development direction. Ecological agriculture listed companys financial performance research, not only related to Chinas capital markets ability to operate effectively, but also related to Chinas socialist market economy, the healthy and stable development, the most important is the study of ecological agriculture, can effectively improve development of ecological agriculture, promoting the harmonious development between man and nature, the healthy development of agriculture has a very important role in the future． This paper uses factor analysis of financial indicators o
