 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 8 油井产量计量新技术发展情况综合分析 翁雷 （中国石化江汉油田分公司清河采油厂工艺研究所，山东 寿光 邮编262714） 摘要：随着油田的不断滚动开发，传统的油井产量计量技术弊端不断显现，计量新技术的研究与应用工作越来越受到重视。通过对无源控制旋流分离多相连续计量装置、计量站无源控制多相计量装置、双分离器计量站量油系统、低伴生气计量站量油系统等计量新技术测试，对近几年计量新技术测试数据进行准确性、测试方法的分析，同时结合对示功图远传计量技术、进罐单井计量技术的调研数据，总结油田计量新技术的发展趋势和亟待解决的问题。提出研究建立计量测试评价模拟实验室，弥补油田该领域的空白的观点，做好计量技术的储备，掌握各类计量技术的适应性、准确性指标，对管理层需要计量调查和监管的油井给予充分技术支持，为油田计量工作的开展提供技术支持，为科研工作与矿场紧密结合发展奠定基础。 关键词：油井 计量 新技术 Well yield measurement of new technology development situation analysis Wenglei (Sinopec Jianghan Oilfield Branch Company Qinghe oil production plant technology research institute, Shandong City zip code 262714) Abstract：With the oilfield continuous rolling development, the traditional oil well production metering technology malpractice is shown ceaselessly, new measurement technology and its application in more and more attention. Based on the passive control of hydrocyclone separation multiphase continuous metering device, metering station passive control of multiphase metering device, double separator metering station oil measuring system, low associated-gas metering station oil measuring system and measuring the new technology testing, in recent years the new measurement technology test data accuracy analysis, test method, based on the indicator map remote measurement technology, into the tank, single well metering technology research data, summarize the field measurement of new technology development trend and problems to be solved. Present study to establish measurement evaluation of simulation laboratory for oil field the field blank point of view, metrology technology reserves, to master all kinds of measurement technology adaptability, accuracy of measurement index, management needs investigation and regulation of oil well to give full technical support for oil field metering work to provide technical support for the scientific research work and field closely combined with the development of foundation.
