PAGE XIII PAGE II 本科生毕业论文 恒信物流员工激励机制的探讨 学 院: 经济管理 专 业: 工商管理 二〇一三年六月 摘 要 物流企业如何能留住人才和有效激发员工的工作能力、提高工作效率是每一个物流企业都十分关注的问题。员工流失率高、员工满意度低等问题在民营物流企业尤其突出,这严重影响了物流企业的服务水平和发展速度,成为企业的发展瓶颈。因此,民营物流企业应该如何建立有效的激励机制,留住人才,提高员工工作积极性,成为一个迫切需要研究的课题。 本文运用激励理论的基本原理,对物流企业人才流失进行了理论层面分析,且在相关学者对我国民营物流企业员工激励现状的基础上,然后根据恒信物流员工激励机制的现状,找出恒信物流的员工机制所存在四个问题:激励观念落后、薪酬体系不完善、员工培训和成长空间小、企业文化欠缺。并在激励体系、职业生涯规划体系、企业文化方面给出改善建议。 关键词:民营物流企业;员工激励;薪酬体系;企业文化 Abstract Study on the incentive mechanism of HengXin’s logistics staff Liu Yun-Ting Logistics enterprises how to retain talent and motivate their work ability, improve work efficiency is a logistics enterprises are very concerned about the problem of. The high rate of employee satisfaction is low, especially in the private logistics enterprise employee turnover, which seriously affects the service level and development speed of the logistics enterprises, become the bottleneck of the development of enterprises. Therefore, the private logistics enterprises how to establish an effective incentive mechanism, retain talent, improve the working enthusiasm of the staff, has become an urgent need to study. In this paper, the basic principles of the theory of motivation, the brain drain of logistics enterprises theoretical level, and the related scholars motivate the employees of private logistics enterprises in China the status quo based on, and then the Hanson Logistics employee incentives the status quo, to identify Hanson Logisticsemployees mechanism there are four issues: the concept of incentive backward remuneration system is imperfect, staff training and room to grow, the lack of corporate culture.And incentive systems, career planning system, corporate culture gives recommendations for improvement.
