国产封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病39例临床分析 Clinical analysis of transcatheter closure of 39 congenitive heart diseases using the China-made occluder 潘娟 刘亚平 孙建辉 作者单位：213003 江苏省常州市，常州市第一人民医院科室？ 【摘要】 目的 应用国产封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病并评估其近远期疗效及安全性。方法 回顾性分析我院 2009年7月至2014年5 月施行的39例先天性心脏病介入治疗的临床资料，其中室间隔缺损( VSD) 6 例，房间隔缺损( ASD) 15例，动脉导管未闭( PDA) 18例，应用经胸超声心动图( TTE) 进行术前筛选、术中监测及术后随访。结果 手术即刻成功38例，总成功率为97%，1 例 ASD封堵器固定不良，放弃封堵，转外科开胸修补，1例ASD 少量残余分流在近期随访观察中消失，术后随访3 ～ 48个月，无严重不良并发症。结论 经导管介入治疗先心病避免了开胸创伤大、全身麻醉及体外循环等高风险因素，封堵效果好，成功率高，价格低廉，安全性高，操作简单、术后恢复快，患者住院时间短。但应严格掌握适应证，这也是手术能否成功的关键。 【关键词】 先天性心脏病; 国产封堵器; 介入封堵术; 并发症 Clinical analysis of transcatheter closure of 39 congenitive heart diseases using the China-made occluder Pan Juan， LIU Ya - ping, SUN Jian - hui, Department of Cardiology, the First Peoples Hospital of Changzhou( The 3rd Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University) , Changzhou 213003, China 【Abstract】Objective To analyze the clinical results of transcatheter closure of congenitive heart diseases using the China- made occluder. Methods 6 patients with VSD,15 patients with ASD, and 18 patients with PDA receiveing transcatheter closure from 2007-07 to 2014-05 were enrolled retrospectively . Follow-up evaluations were made with echocardiography. Results The device was successfully implanted in all patients except one ASD receiving open chest opration then. Immediate complete closure was 38 cases and the trivial residual shunt was found in 1 ASD. Postoperative follow-up after 3 months to 48 months shows no significant complications occurred. Conclusion Transcatheter closure of congenital heart diseases using the China-made occlude device is a safe, cheap,simple and effective method. Mastering the indications is the key of success. 【Key words】Congenital heart disease; China-made Occluder; Interventional therapy; Complication 1 资料与方法 1. 1 一般资料 回顾性分析我院2009年7月~ 2014年5月进行的39例先天性心脏病患者介入治疗, 其中男性10例，女性29例，年龄4 ~ 72岁，39例患者中室间隔缺损(膜部) 6 例, 房间隔缺损(继发孔型) 15 例, 动脉导管未闭18例。所有患者术前均经临床体格检查、常规行血常规、尿常规、粪常规、生化 、凝血功能、心电图、心脏
