In this process, the TD network is faced with many challenges. Operators need to continuously improve the network quality.The mobile communication network is a constantly changing network, and use the network structure, wireless environment, the user distribution.Behavior is constantly changing, constantly optimize the need to adapt to the changes of network. Centre of gravity of the whole network optimization is the wireless network optimization, the optimization work is focused on the wireless side. This paper introduces the third generation mobile communication system TD-SCDMA as the core to discuss the optimization process, wireless network optimization, optimization measures and the related case analysis. Through the analysis of the wireless fully reflects the importance and necessity of the mobile communication network optimization.
