肌内效贴配合局部理疗治疗贝尔麻痹的疗效观察 马艳1 李进华1 乔娜1 孙瑞1 作者单位：1武汉市第一医院康复医学科 湖北 武汉 邮编：453000 通讯作者：孙瑞 住院医师 邮箱：758196682@ 【摘要】目的 ：观察肌内效贴疗法( Kinesio Tape，KT)联合局部理疗治疗贝尔麻痹（bell palsy)的疗效。方法 ：将72例贝尔麻痹患者随机分为观察组及对照组，观察组给与肌内效贴联合局部理疗进行治疗，对照组给予局部物理因子治疗，在治疗前后运用简易面神经功能评分法、瞬目反射及面神经传导进行结果评价。结果 ：经1月治疗后，两组简易面神经功能评分法、瞬目反射及面神经传导均较前改善（P＜0.05），但观察组改善更明显（P＜0.01），且治愈时间更短（P＜0.05）。结论 ：在局部理疗治疗贝尔麻痹基础上，联合使用肌内效贴治疗技术，可增加疗效，加速面神经恢复，缩短治愈时间，临床适宜推广。 【关键词】 肌内效贴；局部理疗；贝尔麻痹； 【中图分类号】 R493 The Effect of Kinesio Taping Combined with Local Physical Therapy Treatment of with 贝尔 Patients Palsy SUN Rui, Li Jin Hua,Qiao Na,Ma Yan Department r ehabilitation ,The first hospital in wu han city, wuhan453000, China 【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of Kinesio Taping(KT) combined with local physical therapy in treatment of with bBell palsy patients. Method：72 bell贝尔 palsy patients were choosed treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015，and were randomly divided into observation group ( 36 cases) and control group ( 36 cases) . The control group were treated by local physical therapy . on the basis of the observation group of patients，group patients in the control combined with Kinesio Taping. Before and after treatment , Using the simple test of facial nerve function, blink reflex and nerve conduction velocity to evaluate the treatment effect. Result：After 4 weeks treatment，two groups of the simple test of facial nerve function, blink reflex and nerve conduction velocity were significantly improved ( P＜0. 05) ; the treatment group increase amplitude is higher than that of the control group ( P＜0. 05); the cure rate of the treatment group，the two groups had significant difference ( P＜0. 01，P＜0. 05) ,Significant difference was found between the observation group and control group in curative time . Conclusion：Kinesio Taping combined with local physical therapy can significantly improve the effect of Bell palsy patients．The average curative time better clinical effect than simple rehabilitation tr
