Detailed digital PID controller discussed the principle and the application in temperature control system, will be incremental PID and PWM pulse width modulation technique combined. Besides the system USES PT100 platinic resistance temperature data and collected by the magnification of the signal to AD transform single-chip microcomputer, and digital tube displayed temperature setting and the current measured values, with 1 ℃ by button to change the temperature value addition and subtraction. When temperature below the set value, SCM control relay start-up heater heating, when temperature higher than setting, heater stop heating is realized, and the purpose of measuring and control the temperature.
