南京工程学院毕业设计说明书（论文） PAGE  PAGE 2 南 京 工 程 学 院 专 接 本 毕业设计说明书(论文) 作 者： 孙凡凡 学 号： 101031231 学院（系、部）： 精密制造工程系 专 业： 数控加工与模具设计 题 目： 带侧抽芯肥皂盒的模具设计 指导者： 陆宝山 评阅者： 2014 年 4 月 15 南 京PAGE V 【摘要】 塑料成型包括了如热塑性塑料的成型和热固性塑料的成型。热塑性塑料成型最为重要，也是应用较为广泛的一种成型方式，它包括注射成型，挤出成型，吹型成型，吸塑成型等。这个主题主要是我完成了横向核心带侧抽芯肥皂盒的注塑模具结构设计。首先,通过查阅相关文献资料,对??件可制造性分析,选择和确定对应于给定条件的最优过程计划,技术和设计相关计算,根据我们所学到的知识在学校期间做肥皂盒零件图的分析,在设计、建立注入的相关参数,建立了模具设计使用“一摸一腔”结构。最后,通过学习从最近阶段完成注塑模具的整体结构设计和分析一些处理等等。本课题的难点在于肥皂盒的测抽芯部分，大家都知道一副模具如果有测抽芯那么，那么这幅模具的各个方面都会有很大的难度。本次论文我主要从产品的设计到模具的设计，再到最后凸凹模的加工，设计理念来之实际。先用GU画出草图，再通过拉伸、倒角、抽壳、求差、修剪等设计出了要的产品，再用UG注塑模向导，完成产品的设计。主要介绍了零部件的设计理念，详细剖析了设计过程中一些思路，以及某些非标准零件的使用特点。阐述了各个单工序模的设计要点, 使产品质量达到设计要求。 【关键词】：侧抽芯；肥皂盒；浇注系统；分型面，加工 【 abstract 】 Plastic molding including the molding of thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic molding.Thermoplastic plastic molding is applied more widely, a forming method including injectionmolding, extrusion molding, blow molding, vacuum forming, etc. This topic is mainly tocomplete the soap box with lateral core injection mould structure design.
