 STYLEREF 标题 1 \* MERGEFORMAT 目 录 PAGE 90 河北联合大学轻工学院 QINGGONG COLLEGE， HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 设计（论文）题目：年产120万吨冷轧薄板车间设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 学 部：材料化工部 指导教师： 2012年05月22日 摘要 -PAGE 89- 摘要 本文结合唐钢冷轧薄板厂的相关资料，同时参考了多家现代冷轧厂的资料，设计了年产120万吨1700冷轧车间。设计内容包括选择轧钢机形式、确定布置形式、根据典型品种（厚度为1.0mm）进行压下规程设计和有关计算（力能参数计算、轧辊强度验算和电机能力验算等）。选择辅助设备（包括镀锌、彩涂线等）。主设备采用了酸轧联合机组，退火炉选择连续退火炉，轧机为板形调控灵敏CVC形式和HC轧机。 本设计力图设计出能生产高档家电板和汽车板的冷轧薄板厂，所采用的设备都是经参考相关资料对比后选取的最佳设备，以保证产品的质量和生产的顺利进行，从而实现优质、高产、低消耗、环保的目标。 设计附有车间平面图。 关键词：冷轧薄板；车间设计；CVC轧机；HC轧机Abstract This article combines with the information of Tangsteel Cold Mill Plant.At the same time ,it refer to other modern cold mill plant.So I design an 1700 Cold Rolling Mill Plant with an annual output of 1.2 million tons.The component of design includes the choice of rolling mill forms, the arrangement of mills, according to the typical varieties(thickness of 1.0mm)to design the reduction of order and calculation(the parameters of force and energy, the strength of roll and the capacity of electrical motor),the choice of auxiliary equipment(including galvanized line, color coating line).The main equipment uses the continuous picking line coupled to tandem mill. The annealing furnace chooses continuous annealing furnace. The mills choose CVC rolls to control the shape of sheet. This article tries to design the Cold Mill Plant capable of producing high-grade household appliances and motor vehicle sheet.Meanwhile,the equipment compared with reference to relevant information and then choose the best equipment to ensure production quality and production proceed smoothly, thus achieving the target of excellent qualilty,high productivity, low cost and environment protection. There is a picture of the plan following the design workshop.
