摘 要 随着改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的推进，社会对高素质人才的需求急剧增大， 教育担负着越来越重要的责任。在整个教育体系中，研究生思想政治教育更是肩负着提 高研究生思想素质、道德品质，以及为社会主义现代化建设输送具有坚定社会主义信念 的高层次人才的双重重任。但是，目前我国高校的研究生思想政治教育仍旧是教育体系 中相对薄弱的部分，研究生自身的思想需求和现存问题都增强了研究生思想政治教育的 重要性和紧迫性。本文特从“特征’’、“问题、“现状”等角度，以实证调查和理性研究 相结合的方法，探索研究生思想政治教育的症结与出路，对研究生思想政治教育工作与 研究生思想政治教育理论研究都有着重要的意义。 本文主要从四个部分展开论述： 第一部分：概念明晰。对研究生思想政治教育的内涵，以及研究生思想政治教育意 义的界定是具体分析研究生思想政治教育问题的前提。 第二部分：问题提出。以研究生群体特征、研究生面临的问题及困惑、研究生思想 政治教育现状及主要问题三方面实证研究为支撑，探究研究生思想政治教育的症结所 在。 第三部分：问题归因。以社会政治经济、高校研究生教育以及研究生自身发展三方 面因素为依据，综合考察研究生思想政治教育的宏观与微观环境，为解决研究思想政治 教育问题做好准备。 第四部分：问题出路。以“特点为出发点拓展研究生思想政治教育的实用性，以 研究生“问题为依托加强思想政治教育的针对性，以研究生思想政治教育“现状”为 契机提高其有效性，实现研究生思想政治教育合理化、全方位、高实效的科学发展。 关键词：研究生；研究生思想政治教育；问题；特点；现状 Abstract With the reform and opening up and socialist modernization drive forward,the community has sharply increased the demand for high—quality talent，education，responsible for more and more important responsibilities．In the whole education system，students also is responsible for the ideological and political education improve the quality of students thinking， moral quality，as well as the socialist modernization drive transmission has a firm belief in socialism the dual task of high·level personnel．However，at present China’S ideological and political education university graduate education system is still relatively weak part of the graduate students thought their needs and existing problems have increased the importance of ideological and political education graduate and urgency．This special from the”features”，the ”problem”，”status quo”and point to empirical investigation and rational method of combining studies to explore the ideological and political education in graduate Problems and Solutions，ideological and political education of graduate and postgraduate education in Political Theory studies are of great significance． The thesis will conduct the discussion in four parts： The first part：Clear concept．Ideological and political education of graduate students the meaning and significance of ide
