培养和提高中职学生班级归属感的对策研究 摘要 学生的班级归属感是一个学校生存的关键，也是学生前途命运的制胜法宝。 班级归属感的形成需要多方面的力量，来自家庭的、社会的，还有学校的、老师 的以及学生自身的，这些环节缺一不可。良好的校风、学风建设，优秀的师资队 伍，和谐的班集体，来自校园的浓郁的文化氛围，来自社会的民主公平的竞争环 境，这些都为学生的班级归属感提供了一个外在的生存空间；同时班级归属感也 是学生从家庭向班级向社会过渡的重要环节。可见提高学生的班级归属感无论是 对学生的健康成长还是对学校价值的实现都具有重要的理论的现实意义。 正是基于班级归属感对学生健康成长的重要作用，本文以大连经贸学校为例 对，在掌握相关文献的基础上，通过问卷调查的方式对大连经贸学校日本班学生 的班级归属感的现状从五个维度：班级环境、教师行为、班级投入、同伴关系、 班级融入展开了调查研究，从而把握目前中职学生班级归属感的现状和特点，并 进行等级评定。通过研究发现，目前大连经贸学校日语班学生整体而言班级归属 感现状并不令人乐观，尽管一年级学生的班级归属要稍高于二年级学生，但总体 而言，大连经贸学校日语班学生的班级归属感并不是很高。针对这种现状，本文 展开了进一步的分析，并对影响大连经贸学校日语班学生班级归属感的因素从三 个方面进行了分析，同时提出了相关的提升政策。 关键字：班级归属感 中职学生等级 培养和提高中职学生班级归属感的对策研究 Abstract Students’class belonging is the key to the survival of a school，but also students in the future and destiny ofthe holy grail．The formation of sense ofbelonging to the class a wide range of forces，from family,social，as well as schools，teachers and students themselves，these links are indispensable．A good school spirit,study the building， excellent faculty,a harmonious group classes，from the campus of the rich cultural atmosphere，from the social democratic and fair competitive environment，these are classes for students provides a sense ofbelonging to external living space；the same time，a sense ofbelonging is also a class of students to classes from home all important link in the transition to the community．Students’class belonging Can be seen both for the healthy growth of the students or the realization of the value of school have important theoretical and practical significance． It is based on the class belonging to students the important role of healthy growth， this paper as all example of Dalian economic and trade schools，fight，in mastering the literature，based on the way through the questionnaire survey in Japan in Dalian economic and trade schools，classes of students from the class status of a sense of belonging five dimensions：the class environment，teacher behavior,class input，peer relations，the class launched an investigation into the study,in orde
