高职生职业生涯规划调查研究 中文摘要 I 高职生职业生涯规划调查研究 ——以江苏省昆山第一中等专业学校为例 中文摘要 作为我国高等教育“半壁江山”的职业教育，其人才培养方向，教育方向等因素 决定了高职院校在办学教育地过程中必须要顺应人才市场的需求，因此，职业教育的 全程性、针对性必然成为高等职业教育的主要特色。那么对高职生进行职业生涯规划 教育就显得尤为重要。 为了更好的了解高职生职业生涯规划的具体情况，本人以江苏省昆山第一中等专 业学校的高职生为例，进行调查。通过对调查数据的分析，发现高职生对于职业生涯 规划的知识了解较少，同时由于对自己又缺乏正确、深入的认识，因此在制定职业生 涯规划方面比较滞后。即使少数同学曾经制定详细的职业生涯规划，但在之后的学习 中缺乏有效的贯彻执行。学校对职业生涯规划发面的知识教授形式单一，内容匮乏。 针对上述问题，文章从学生、学校、家长和社会等方面出发，提出了一些较为可行的 对策，以便更好的为学生就业提供帮助。 本文首先提出了对高职生进行职业生涯规划研究的意义，其次对于职业生涯规划 的相关理论进行介绍，再次对我校高职生的职业生涯规划调查问卷的分析，最后提出 高职生职业生涯规划中存在问题及对策研究。 关键字：职业生涯规划 高职生 调查研究 作 者：赵 娟 指导老师：李健宁 Abstract Research on the Career Planning of the Vocational College Students II The Research on the Career Planning of Vocational College Students ——Illustrated by the example of Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, the first secondary school Abstract As Chinas higher education half of vocational education, the direction of its personnel training, education and other factors determine the direction of Vocational Education in the school process must conform to the talent market demand, therefore, the whole nature of vocational education for sex is bound to become the main features of higher vocational education.
