Unit 4 What Are You Doing？ 设计思想：根据《英语课程标准》，基础教育阶段英语课程的任务之一是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习方法，发挥自主学习的能力和合作精神，使学生掌握一定的语言综合运用能力，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，培养学生跨文化交际意识教材分析：1.本课内容选自PEP教材Unit 4第1课时，是学生首次接触现在进行时态的有关学习内容。 2本课的句型是：What are you doing? I am….本课侧重于学习动词短语及其ing形式：drawing pictures,doing the dishes,cooking dinner,reading a book,answering the phone。 3本课的Let’s chant有强烈的节奏感，读起来琅琅上口，是本课内容的再现与回顾。学分析：五年级学生的已经有了两年多的PEP英语的学习经验，他们已经掌握了一定的词汇量，能用英语进行简单的口语交流。 2学习本课之前，学生已经接触过动词短语：do the dishes, cook the meals, read books, do homework, sweep the floor, clean the bedroom等和句型：What can you do? Can you…? 及其回答。 3小学生比较活泼好动，对动作、游戏、竞赛等比较感兴趣。教学目标：1.能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing形式：drawing pictures,doing the dishes,cooking dinner,reading a book,answering the phone. 2能运用句型：“What are you doing? I am doing the dishes/……”询问别人正在做什么并作答。 3通过说唱Let’s chant部分的歌谣。巩固复习Let’s learn部分的动词短语和句子。重点难点： 重点：动词短语及其ing 形式难点：动词短语ing 形式句型“What are you doing?”及其答语“Im doing the dishes…”的自然运用教学策略与手段1.借助卡片、图片及锅、铲、电话、碗碟等小道具2.借助多媒体课件和图片，呈现新单词，并用游戏来巩固新单词。 3在教学中，用到竞赛评比的激励手段来鼓励学生。课前准备： 实物小道具，课件，词卡，录音机，磁带教学过程Step 1. S3：I can clean the bedroom…… Step 2. Presentation 1.教师通过陈述自己的一天来整体呈现新内容边说T：Hello,boys and girls! I’m very busy on Sunday. I get up at 7:50 in the morning,I clean my bedroom.
