生活垃圾处理问题研究摘要:随着农村经济的快速发展，生活垃圾污染问题已变得日益突出。农村的环境问题严重阻碍农村经济的可持续发展，建设环境友好性社会必须首先解决农村的环境问题。由于长期以来对农村生活垃圾问题未给予足够的重视，目前还未对农村生活垃圾问题进行有效管理和处置。以传统研究为基础，采用问卷和实地走访相结合的方法，针对湖北省天门市鹿角岭村的生活垃圾处理问题，进行深入的调查研究。调查中了解到该地区垃圾现状不容乐观；垃圾构成复杂，垃圾污染严重，村民的环保意识淡薄。通过此次的调查走访，针对我国目前农村生活垃圾现状面临的问题和应当采取的对策进行了思考。对农村生活垃圾分类收集的必要性和可行性进行定量分析，对生活垃圾处理设施的规划、收集与运输、处理方式提出了探索方案。试图建立一条政府主导、社会投入、市场化配置、产业化经营的路子，最大限度地减少运输资源、可收回资源和土地资源的浪费。并根据我国目前农村环境保护的现状，提出建立稳定的补偿机制，使农业的社会责任与权力相对称、建立农业科技成果激励机制，构建环境保护科技支撑体系等对策建议。??????关键词：农村环境保护生活垃圾分类回收Research on antler life garbage disposal problemsAbstract: with the rapid development of the rural economy, solid waste pollution problem has become more serious.
