The goal is to expose as many people in the company as possible to the VBSS problem solving / process improvement methodology and tools. It is our intent to have as many people as possible aware of the tools and using them to solve everyday business problems and to continuously improve our processes, quality and service capabilities. We expect that certified Green Belts would be able to use the process and tools to look at their business processes differently and with an ever-critical eye to improving our performance.
