上海外商直接投资的技术溢出效应研究 ABSTRACT Along with increasingly intensive economical globalization and international competition，洲C’s science innovation and technology transfer are activated and the trend of RD globalization and unitization become apparent，which not only form the new pattern of international technical innovation between developed countries，but also offer a new channel of technology transfer and technical spillover from the developed countries to developing countries．Since 90s，the size of overseas investment in Shanghai increased and more MNCs entered Shanghai and set up RD institutions，which can bring Shanghai the chance to obtain the technique and improve the technique ability． But the research indicates．MNCs have strictly controlled the transfer of the technique to Shanghai．The MNCs that have RD investment in Shanghai incline toward adopting the share structure of the enterprise that can control the ownership to keep secret of the technology． Therefore，in the trend of the gradual ly internal technology transfer， the technology spillover effect seems to be more and more important to Shanghai．This thesis tries to make a simple discussion about the R＆D technology spillover effect on Shanghai． This paper has a comprehensive study on the theory of technology spillovers via FDI and status quo of technology spillovers from FDI in Shanghai，and the author tries to have the theoretic discussion about the type。the channels and the correlative factors of spillover effect． Secondly，a regressive model is constructed to measure the effect．The result indicates that MNCs’RD activities have the positive effect on Shanghai，but the effect is fractional．Finally，the author tries to evaluate the correlative factors in Shanghai to find the restraint reason of spillover effect． Based on the previous analysis，the author provides relative countermeasures on optimizing the technology spillover effect of MNCs’ R＆D in Shanghai． KEWVORDS：SHANGHAI。FDI，TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER。SPILLOVER EFFECT 2 上
