查垄垄兰坚!兰堡垒查———————————————————————塑L叁 键—笨文通过对山西铝厂近年产量完成情况及相关物流、综合技术指标、影响混 联法生产平衡关键技术指标进行分析，提出坐堕堡[提产降耗措旌为： 烧结法实行高铝硅比烧结，碳分母液深度蒸发，烧结法粗液深度脱硅，碳分 连续分解。 拜耳法通过增加压煮器提高溶出温度，降低溶出a K。优化种分分解条件，提 高分解率。用袋滤机捞取母液浮游，降低母液浮游物。种分分解率提高，母液浮 游物降低，使循环母液n K提高。 经生产实践证明以上措拖效果明显，经济效益可观。并对实际生产中存在问 额提出了建议。 关键词 杰兰查兰翌主堂垒丝圭———————————型坚堡垒!L Abstract According to estimation，even if all existing alumina refinery in China reach the designed capacity and all new-built alumina projects are put into use，the annual capacity will be only 5．3—_6 million tons，which mealls that by the end黛,2005 China will still need 7 million alumina SO the difference is 1．5—_2 million tons．It is essential condition ofalumina expansion to utilize the rich bauxite resources in China,to develop the domestic alumina industry and to meet the demands of alunlna market．China has successfully entered WTO in 2001 and as the economic globalization the market will be more opening and Rmlslyaxent which results in the total combination of beth foreign and domestic alumina market．SO the alumina industry in China is faced稍tll a serious challenge． As the development of China’S national economy’more and more alumina will be needed SO Chinas alumina industry will have an extensive space for development in the future．However,output expansion policy of westem country with low cost will exert great threat to alumina enterprises with hi【gh cost．After 50 years of development，the alumina industry in China has made rapid progress but there still exists problems such as higll Cost，poor quality and less capacity．Comparing to the production cost of foreign alumina industry,the energy consumption of alumina industry in China amounts to 40．94％in total costs but bauxite only 18．13％and equipment maintenance and other expenses also amount tO large proportion。 There are rich bauxite reSOurces in China．Diaspore，the main bauxite type，is the only reSOnrces to produce alumina in China at present．which amounts to 98。5％in total reserves．Diaspore．which has tight stru
