SIT Schedule Test Execution Procedure 1. Test Plan 2. Test Execution 3. Submit Defect 4. Daily report Test Plan Testers need to know which tcs you need to test every day, and you need to finish total 18 tcs every day. NOTE1: if you find your part tcs can’t run, eg, profile issue, SIT environment issue… that is any problems result in you can’t execute your part tcs, please voice out earlier, i will assign other task you left or other testers tcs left to you, and make sure you can complete 18 tcs every day. NOTE2: Each test case is completed till its related defect closed. Testers need to follow up the whole test case defect fixed process till the defect is really closed. Test Plan Testers need to update columns: Actual Start Date, Actual Finish Date, Successful(Y/N), Defect #, Screen Dump (Y/N), Comment(if needed). Each Case only has two status: success(Y), success(N). NOTE: For success(N) tc, testers must describe detail the reason in column ‘Comment’ in test plan file: eg. 1.Defect problem, then remark: pended on defect; 2.Profile problem,remark: profile issue as new profile is not ready, profile PW is changed, profile is closed, account is closed, and so on. 3.Need multi cycle to test case: remark detail what you conduct on the current cycle, and what you need to check next cycle… Execution Log Please log your execution tc in execution log file. 1 case has 1 execution log file, named with [case no]_[FAIL/SUCCESS].xls.(eg.SIT-V-E-001_FAIL, if after retest, this case still fail, you can named SIT-V-E-001_FAIL2... ) All execution logs should be uploaded to team room every day. All execution logs for one test case, tester should consolidate one row. I will conduct selective examination for
