It has been an inevitable requirement for the government to strengthen social management and public service functions, promote urban and rural and regional coordinated development to realize basic Public service equalization. The research in this paper uses the status and reason of public investment in regional differences as focus to analyze. Enclose public input area equalization as the objective. Use SPSS software clustering to analyze on regional differences of public investments present situation.
