马克思的所有制理论与我国的所有制改革 许红超（指导老师：李福安） （经济与管理学院 经济学 0602 湖北 黄石 435002） 摘　要:马克思所有制理论的实质，是所有制所代表的生产关系一定要与生产力发展水平相适应。在这一理论的指导下，三十年来我国的所有制改革取得了巨大的成就，形成了以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的所有制结构，促进了我国生产力的发展和综合国力的提高。但是，所有制改革也存在问题，主要表现为国有经济和集体经济比重大幅下降，已经威胁到公有制的主体地位。因此，深化我国所有制改革，要继续坚持马克思所有制理论为指导，以生产力发展水平为依据，大力发展国有经济和集体所有制经济，确保公有制经济的主体地位。要以生产力发展水平为依据，发展非公有制经济。 关键词:马克思 所有制理论 所有制改革 公有制主体地位 中图分类号: Marxian property theory and the property reformation of China XU HongChao（Instructor：LI Fuan） （Class 0602或0603 Economics Major College of Economics Management Hubei Nomal University Huangshi Hubei 435002） Abstract: The essence of Marxian property theory is that the owenership in the name of the relations of production should keep step with the level of productive forces. With the help of this theory, Since the past 30 years, the revolutions in property reformation have achieved tremendous success, formed the property theory system with the body of public ownership and accessories of other ownership, and promted the development of productive forces plus the national power. But lots of problems are resulted in the revolutions of ownership, which perform as a sharp drop in the propotion of state-owned economy and collective economy and already challenged the chief role of the public ownership. So, we must perfect our system, still on the base of the Marxian property theory to find the perfect way of ownership reform in China. We, according to the level of productive forces, should try our best to develop the state-owned economy and collective economy, protecting the chief role of the public economy. In the same time, we should also develop the non-public economy according to the level of productive forces.
