高职职业生涯规划教育中存在的问曩及对策 摘要 摘要 职业生涯规划是指针对个人职业选择的主观和客观因素进行分析和测定，确 定个人的奋斗目标并努力实现这一目标的过程。换句话说，职业生涯规划要求根 据自身的兴趣、特点，将自己定位在一个最能发挥自己长处的位置，选择最适合 自己能力的事业。职业定位是决定职业生涯成败的最关键的一步，同时也是职业 生涯规划的起点。近些年来，伴随着我国经济的高速发展以及高校的扩招，高职 院校招生人数不断增长，高职院校学生所面临的就业问题也口益越发变得严峻和 突出。所以，对高职学生的职业生涯规划研究具有深远的现实意义。 此次研究的主要目的是探求高职院校职业生涯规划教育存在的问题和找出相 应的对策，使高职学生能正确进行职业生涯规划，同时探索高职院校如何正确应 用科学发展观指导学生进行职业生涯规划。本文以高职院校的学生为主要研究对 象，通过文献研究、调查问卷、资料查询等方式找出高职院校和高职学生职业生 涯教育中存在的问题，通过对高职院校职业生涯规划的现状调查和对职业生涯规 划相关理论的解析，得出高职职业生涯规划教育出现问题是由于传统体制束缚、 社会家庭错误观念误导、高职院校人才培养特质限制和学生自身能力欠缺造成的。 最后提出了以下四条对策：1、确立科学的高职职业生涯规划教育理念；2、完善 高职院校职业生涯规划教育体系；3、全面提升高职学生职业生涯规划的能力；4、 全社会共同推动高职职业生涯规划实施。这些对于辅导高职生职业生涯规划和高 职生提高自己的综合素质具有一定的理论价值和实际意义。 作者对我国高职院校职业生涯教育进行了一些研究，希望能够帮助高职学生 减轻毕业时面临的就业难题和压力，并且通过职业生涯规划找到适合自己发展的 道路，引导他们树立认识自己并找到自身的价值，为以后的发展奠定基础。 关键词：高职院校：大学生；生涯规划教育；教育 作 者：陈耀 指导老师：王剑敏 万方数据 英文摘要 高职职业生涯规划教育中存在的问息及对策 Study on the Issues and Countermeasures of Career Planning Education in Advanced Vocational Colleges Abstract Career planning refers to the analysis and determination of individual career choices for the subjective and objective factors that determine the individual’S goals and efforts to achieve this objective process．In other words，career planning requirements according to their own interests，characteristics，positioning itself in one of the most able to play to their strengths location,choose the most suitable career in their own ability．Career orientation is the most critical step in the SUCCESS or failure of a career decision，but also the starting point for career planning．In recent years，along with China’S rapid economic development and the number of enrollment，vocational colleges growing university admissions，employment problems faced by students in vocational colleges are increasingly becoming severe mouth and outstanding benefits．Therefore， vocational students career planning research has far-reaching significance． The main purpose of this study Was to explore vocational colleges career phr蚵ng education problems and identify appropriate coun
