探究《伤寒论》中芍药的应用规律 中医学专业 ［摘　要］目的：本文旨在通过探究《伤寒论》中芍药的应用，并结合历代医家对芍药的认识，明确芍药的功效、配伍应用及剂量和禁忌等规律，以更好的应用于临床。方法：从《伤寒论》的学术渊源对芍药进行考证，以便辩证的应用赤芍和白芍，从《伤寒论》的原文原方，分析芍药的功效及配伍应用；最后从应用芍药的剂量和禁忌中再分析。结果：《伤寒论》中对于芍药的33次应用中，通过辨证论治，灵活组方，如芍药配伍桂枝、甘草、附子等可发挥不同的功效，在剂量上更是有严密的规律可循，禁忌证有中阳不足，中寒腹泻等。结论：芍药的应用遍及六经各篇，配伍组方所治之病既有外感也有内伤，在临床中通过灵活配伍和加减作用十分广泛。 ［关键词］芍药；张仲景；伤寒论 Explore the application of the law Treatise on Febrile Diseases in peony Major traditional Chinese medicine Abstract:Objective:This paper aims to explore the the application of peony in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and combines with the ancient physicians awareness of peony,make clear the effect,application compatibility,dosage and contraindications,with better clinical application. Methods: From Treatise on Febrile Diseases Origin of peony conduct academic research to the application of dialectical peony and white peony root, from Treatise on Febrile Diseases the original party, the analysis of the effectiveness and application compatibility peony; peony from the application of the last dose and reanalysis of taboos. Results: Treatise on in the application for 33 peony, the etiology and pathogenesis through dialectical,then compatibility peony and Guizhi, licorice,aconite,etc.can play a different effect on the dose more stringent requirements,in Yang deficiency,the cold diarrhea disabled.Conclusion:The peony of applications throughout each chapter six classics,recipes of the treatment of the disease have both exogenous internal injuries,in the clinical effect through flexible compatibility and a wide range of plus or minus.
