Generator MachineOperation Guidelines发电机操作指引Purpose/目的:In order to ensure the proper operation of equipment by employees, increase efficiency and to avoid accident caused by the misoperation.为了保证员工正确的操作设备，提高效率以及避免操作失误引起的事故。2. Scope/范围: This instruction is applied to generator operation .应用于设备工程部发电机机的操作。3. Responsibility/责任: The electrician is responsible for the equipment operation.电工负责设备运行操作。4. Process5.1Start check 启动前检查5.1.1 Check all water valve whether it is normal.检查全部放水开关是否完好。5.1.2 Check cooling water whetherthey are full.检查冷却水是否加满。5.1.3 Check Diesel oil level and valve whether it is open.检查柴油油位，油路阀门是否打开。5.1.4 Visual of lubricating oil level to locate between E and F.润滑油油位应处于标尺“E”和“F”之间。5.1.5 Check wiring of start motor and battery whether it is normal and no loose, check level if is normal for batteries.检查起动马达、蓄电池的接线头是否完好及有无松脱，电池液位是正常。5.1.6Check the degree of tension of belt on the pulley whether it is not damaged.检查皮带轮传动皮带的张紧程度及皮带有无破损。5.1.7 Check power supply output switch of generator if it will locate “OFF” state.检查发电机组的电源输出开关是否处于“OFF”的断开位置。5.2 Start generator 发电机启动5.2.1Make sure all check item to be inerrant before starting generator.当完成发电机起动前的检查工作，并确认所检查的项目全部无误后，方可启动发电机。5.2.2 Manual start need to press “manual” key ( press 2S) until lamp light,as to finish manual model operation.手动启动，按住“手动”键（按住连续2秒以上）指示灯亮，将控制器处于手动模式。5.2.3 Again press “start” key to start generator. Just start lamp light flickeringly . generator was runningsmoothly when lamp light continuously再按“启动”键，起动发电机。刚起动时，“启动”键上侧的指示灯闪亮。当机组正常运行后，指示灯常亮。5.2.4 Generator running after check speed, frequency, voltage, oil pressure, water temperature, battery charger if it is normal ,and check running sound ,smoke and shake and then inspenction if no leakag ,after running 5 minutes as a normal state.机组起动后，要检查机组的转速、频率、电压、机油压力、水温、充电机的充电电压是否正常，发动机及发电机有无异响、异震，发动机的排烟烟色是否正常，并观察机组有无漏油、漏水、漏气现象。运行5分钟并确认机组以上状况均正常。5.2.5Turn on output switch to load running and then to check again
