1. Purpose/目的: Effectively control those Engineering Changes that could affect our product and process， ensure product and process can meet customer requirement through Engineering Change review, implementation, verification and follow up. 有效控制影响产品和工艺的工程变更，通过对工程变更的评审、实施跟踪和确认以确保产品和工艺满足客户要求。 2. Scope/范围: This procedure applies to those Engineering Changes that could affect product and process conformity, such as material change, process changes, tooling modification and those that is deemed to have impact on the product and process conformance. 这个程序适用于影响产品和工艺一致性的工程变更，诸如原料变更、工艺变更、模具修改；以及被认为对产品和工艺一致性有影响的变更。 3. Responsibility/职责: Project Department: Externally, project department is the contact window to the customer on Engineering Change; internally, project is the coordinator on change related activity like change review, change implementation, change validation etc. 项目部：对外，在工程变更方面，项目部是与客户联系的窗口。对内，项目部是相关变更诸如变更要求评审、变更实施、变更确认等的协调者。 Document control center/文件控制中心: Release Engineering Change Request, record retentions. Release the Engineering Change Notice and update the relevant documents. 发出工程变更要求、保存记录。当工程变更要求正式通过，生效为工程变更通知时更新的相关文件。 Quality department/品质部: Update the related documents. Change validation through appropriate means like inspection, CPK analysis etc. 更新相关文件。通过适当的方法如检测、CPK分析等确认变更。 Tooling/Engineering Department/模具/工程部: Providing needed engineering support like tooling adjustment, modification, product design review etc. 提供必须的工程支持如模具调整、模具修改、产品设计评审等。 Production/生产部: Update the related documents and label.，handle the parts stock operation based on ECR 根据工程变更要求更新相关文件和标签，负责对成品库存的相关处理。 Material Purchasing/采购部: Handle the raw material stock operation based on ECR 根据工程变更要求负责对原料库存的相关处理。 Customer Service/客服部: Handle the open order operation based on ECR 根据工程变更要求负责对订单的相关处理。 4.
