摘 要 矿井提升机是矿山的大型固定设备之一，是联系井下与地面的主要运输工具。矿井提升工作是整个采矿过程中的重要环节。从地下采出的煤炭、矿石必须提升至地面才有实际应用价值。废石的提升，工作人员、材料及设备的升降等都要靠提升工作来完成。 由于影响减速器寿命的因素比较复杂，包括设计结构、材质、加工状况、装配精度、润滑状态、运行工况、使用维护方法等，其中任何一个因素被忽略，减速器在使用状态下都可能产生不同类型的故障。根据失效统计，在传动装置中齿轮失效占失效总数的60%左右，其余为轴承失效、润滑油泄漏、箱体的变形及减速器在使用中的振动等。  关键词：矿井提升机  Mine mine hoist is one of the major fixed equipment is linked underground with the ground the main means of transport.
