中文摘要 随着经济快速发展和环保法规的日益严格，国内外都对清洁化生产工艺和优 质清洁燃料的需求大幅度增长。然而可供选择的轻质低硫原油数量逐步减少，对 于企业来说，必须面临重质高硫原油的比例逐渐增加问题，需要加工性质更为劣 质的原油。原油的可获得性和价格差异对于生产企业来说，都是必须考虑的因素。 特别是在世界原油持续高价位下运行的情况下，劣质原油与优质原油的价差逐步 拉大，在技术和设备情况容许的情况下，企业增加对劣质原油的加工量，可大幅 降低原油成本，直接提高炼油企业经济效益。 中国石化公司为了应对世界经济对石油需求的不断增加的形势， 加大了对 西部油田的开发力度。其中，塔河油田2008年生产原油609万吨，预计2015年达 到1千万吨。但是塔河原油具有高硫、高酸、高盐的特点，如何合理利用，探讨 其生产加工工艺就具有非常积极的意义。 本文以某企业加工塔河油为例，分析劣质原油的油品性质和生产工艺。对常 减压装置进行流程模拟，对装置运行情况进行分析，查找装置存在的问题。针对 减压部分提出改造方案，通过流程模拟和水力学核算，对有关问题能够采取的技 术对策措施进行了讨论，提出解决柴油收率、蜡油收率不足的解决方案，提高油 品产率，实现减压深拔，以便提高对劣质原油加工的能力。 关键词：塔河油 常减压蒸馏 流程模拟 减压深拔 ABSTRACT With the rapid economic development and more strict environmental regulations， the demand of clean production technology and clean fuel increases substantially both at home and abroad . However, the available light sweet crude oil is becoming harder and harder to get, in this way, it is absolutely necessary for the enterprise facing the gradually increased ratio of the heavy crude oil with high sulphur problems to process more inferior crude oil.Both the availability of crude oil and price variance are factors which must be considered by manufacturing company，especially under the circumstances that global crude oil price remains high, the price gap between inferior crude oil and high-quality crude oil is widened step by step, as long as the technology and equipment give permission, enterprises natural increase the processing volume of inferior crude oil, which can significantly reduce the cost of processing crude oil and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise directly. In order to cope with the situation of growing demand on oil, The Sinopec Group pay more attention to the development of the western oil field.For example， Tahe oil field produced 6.09 million tons of crude oil in 2008.
