Abstract Under the circumstances of economic integration and financial globalization，it is an inevitable tendency to transform from divided operation to mixed operation． China’S commercial banks have to respond to this tendency for the interest of their own development．This dissertation will analyze the defects of conditions for China’s commercial banks to lxm mixed business and put forward relevant countermeasures． 1 111e first part will briefly illuminate the inevitability of mixed operation for China’S commercial banks．They need mixed operations to strive for their development and to respond to domestic and foreign competitions． n圮second part will concretely analyze the rcquisffions of mixed operation for China’S commercial banks．On basis of referring to successful experience of mixed operations in developed countries，this dissertation will summarize four basic conditions in respects of banks’strucD．1re,fmancial supervision,laws and regulations， and financial market． 111e third part will make a detailed explanation of unfavorable conditions of mixed operations for China’S commercial banks． According to the four basic conditions mentioned above，China’S commercial banks have dcfects with regard to internal operation，financial supervision，legal flame and financial market． n地fourth part will propose measures to solve relevant problems．including material solutions for China’s commercial banks to improve in corporate governance structure，motivation system and inner control mechanism，financial supervision, legal construction and capital market． In the last part,this dissertation will come to a conclusion that under the tendency of mixed operation,we have to accelerate financial reforms，enhance supervision，improve laws and regulations，and neaten market orders in order to strengthen competitivity． Key Words：Mixed Operation Commercial Banks Financial Supervision Laws and Regulations Capital Market 中国商业银行混业经营条件探讨 银行业在各国都是受到严格管制的行业，是否放松对银行业务范围的限制是 普遍关注的焦点问题。从发达国家银行业的发展情况来看，其
